Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Elimufy you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Elimufy is operated by KenZobe Technologies, BBS Mall, Lower Ground Floor, LGD 74/75, General Waruinge Street, Eastleigh, Nairobi, Kenya.

2. Who can use Elimufy

You may create your own account from age 13. Younger learners may use Elimufy only through a school, teacher, or parent/guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf and provides any required consent. You're responsible for keeping your login secure.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the notes, photos, and material you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that material — including through the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy — solely to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you provide and that it isn't unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

4. AI-generated content — important

Elimufy uses AI to generate questions, lessons, and feedback, and runs an independent second-model verification pass. Even so, AI-generated content may contain errorsand is provided for study support only — it is not professional, exam, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always use your own judgement and, where it matters, check against your official materials and teachers.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service — no abuse, harassment (including via chat), scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempts to break security or rate limits.
• Don't upload unlawful, hateful, or harmful content, or content you don't have rights to.
• Don't cheat league competitions or manipulate scores; winners are verified before any prize is awarded.

6. Credits & payments

• Some features are free (including a daily practice allowance); others use credits, a prepaid balance to access paid features.
• Credits are priced in Kenyan Shillings and bought via M-Pesa or other methods we offer. Prices and the credit cost of features may change.
• Credits are non-refundable once added to your account, except where a refund is required by law. Unused credits do not expire. See our Refund Policy.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.

7. Leagues & prizes

Leagues are optional competitions. Entry is open to eligible users; no purchase is necessary to compete. Scores are graded by our servers and winners are verified before any prize is awarded. Prizes, eligibility, and timing are as described for each league and at our reasonable discretion; competitions are void where prohibited by law.

8. Suspension & termination

You can stop using Elimufy and delete your account at any time (here). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or put the platform or other users at risk.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KenZobe Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kenya.
