Refund Policy

How refunds and payment issues are handled for Elimufy credits.

Credits are non-refundable

Credits are a prepaid balance for using paid features. Once credits are added to your account they are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Unused credits do not expire, so they stay available for you to use.

Payment problems we'll fix

We'll always sort out a genuine payment error. Contact us if:

  • You paid but the credits weren't added.
  • You were charged twice for the same top-up.
  • An M-Pesa transaction failed but money left your account.

Email info@kenzobe.com (or WhatsApp +254 720 036 429) with your M-Pesa confirmation code (or receipt) and the account email, and we'll reconcile it — adding the missing credits or arranging a reversal as appropriate, typically within a few business days.

Already-used credits

Credits that have already been spent on a feature cannot be refunded.

Institutions

Institutional licences and invoices are handled under their own agreement; contact info@kenzobe.com for cancellation or renewal terms.
