No. Purchased credits never expire and stay in your account until you use them.
You top up on the web using card and the local payment methods available where you are (M-Pesa in Kenya, for example). We add the credits to your account. Payments happen on the web, never inside the mobile app.
Credits are non-refundable once added, except where required by law, but they never expire. If a payment fails or is charged twice, contact us with your payment confirmation and we'll fix it.
