On the web, send the amount you want (for example 1,000 KES for 1,000 credits) to our Paybill and we add the credits to your account. Payments happen on the web, never inside the mobile app.
Credits are non-refundable once added, except where required by law, but they never expire. If a payment fails or is charged twice, contact us with your M-Pesa confirmation code and we'll fix it.
