No. Purchased credits never expire and stay in your account until you use them.
In the mobile app, you top up with an in-app purchase (Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS). On the web, you pay by card and the local payment methods available where you are. We add the credits to your account once the payment is confirmed.
Credits are non-refundable once added, except where required by law, but they never expire. If a payment fails or is charged twice, contact us with your payment confirmation and we'll fix it.
